As General Manager for Acacia Learning Middle East, Kevin uses his 15+ years of education experience to consult with leaders, HR departments, and working professionals to explore whether the Acacia Learning offering is right for them.
He currently works to help deliver and facilitate a range of in-person and Live Online CIPD HR and L&D programmes, as well as Live Online CMI management & leadership programmes in the Middle East.
Marco has over 12 years of industry experience as a senior Restaurant Manager and Management Trainer in the licensed and hospitality sectors.
With added experience in teaching and training delivery, Marco is passionate about developing learning processes that involve students through current and new technologies.
Anne is Acacia’s lead on CIPD Competence Assessment Programmes which are tailored for already experienced HR and L&D Professionals. Anne is often the first point of contact when reviewing programme eligibility and is happy to provide advice and guidance on which qualification is best suited to a variety of professionals based on their career aspirations.
Anne also delivers on all levels of Acacia’s taught programmes in Manchester, London and International venues. Possessing over 20 years of experience as a practitioner in the field and working previously as a CIPD/CMI Centre and Quality Manager, Anne will provide invaluable support and guidance throughout all aspects of your learning and assessment experience with Acacia.
Michelle is employed by TI Media as a Development Manager providing business enhancement strategies, system development and training. In addition, she is the Chair of the TI Media Staff Council, where HR management and development forms an integral part of her role.
As a Learning and Development specialist, Michelle also runs her own training business through which she undertakes freelance work as a tutor for various establishments and learning organisations.
Michelle joined our tutor team in 2001, with a keen focus on teaching CIPD Level 5 HR modules, however, she also enjoys delivering CIPD Level 3 and L&D focused modules.
You will meet Tristan on our Diploma courses in HRM at both the Intermediate and Advanced levels. Tristan has 18 years of senior experience in HR, management and equalities across a range of sectors, and 15 years of teaching experience on CIPD & CMI programmes.
Tristan is one of the first tutors in the world to deliver the new CIPD qualifications which Acacia started in March 2010 in London, and the first tutor to deliver the new qualifications in both Gibraltar and Bulgaria.
Janine has over 20 years of experience in HRD, having held senior positions in both the UK and New Zealand.
For the past decade, Janine has run her own consultancy business where she specialises in OD projects and delivering Learning and Development solutions, working with a variety of organisations including The Metropolitan Police, Beiersdorf AG (Nivea), Ashridge Business School, John Laing, and Reading Borough Council.
Janine specialises in working with organisations to bring about positive change and implementing constructive and resourceful ways of working. A frequent presenter at international conferences and contributor to management journals, Janine is also the co author of books, “Positively Speaking The Art of Constructive Conversations with a Solutions Focus” and the “Resilience Pocketbook”.
You will meet Paul on the Foundation and Intermediate Diploma courses in London and Live Online. Paul has also delivered programmes overseas for us in Gibraltar, Bulgaria, Gabon and Nigeria.
Paul enjoyed 15 years of corporate life in senior HR roles with blue chip companies in financial services, manufacturing, and construction, before then using his invaluable knowledge to start his own successful consultancy business over 20 years ago.
In that time, he has gained additional experience in a very broad spectrum of sectors and industries incorporating a number of overseas assignments.
Andrew has over 20 years of senior management experience in the Private, Public and Voluntary sectors leading multi-disciplinary project teams and technical experts. Common themes during his career have included implementation of People Management, HR and L&D practices, performance improvement, engagement initiatives, change management, organisational restructuring, and the introduction of lean working practices.
Currently, as a Consultant and Associate Tutor, Andy supports new private sector business start-ups and delivers HRM/HRD and management development-related contracts in FE, Local Authorities, the NHS, Prison and Leisure Services.
Bringing his wealth of industry experience, Andy delivers on our UK and International Foundation and Intermediate CIPD qualifications along with our accredited and bespoke Management Development Programmes and Short Courses.
Ray has been delivering CIPD programmes for over 17 years and has been a tutor for the CIPD’s Advanced Award in Reward Management for the last 9, in addition to some freelance commitments.
She has taught in both Further and Higher Education for a number of institutions in Kent and Hertfordshire and as a senior lecturer for ten years in Bedfordshire.
Ray has also been an external examiner and moderator. Before the start of her academic career, she had HR roles in hospitality and manufacturing including a short period in Australia.
