Throughout this course, you will gain essential people management skills and learn how to apply them as they pertain to learning and development in the workplace.
If you are a seasoned L&D professional who is currently responsible for leadership strategies and policy creation, then the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in L&D will broaden your strategic knowledge and skillset across a wide range of key topics. It will also keep you in line with industry best practices, including how to examine the external environment and how to prepare business reports that persuade and influence key stakeholders.
In addition, you will also be eligible to apply for Chartered Membership and use 'Chartered MCIP' after your name.
To pursue this qualification, you must have a fair amount of practical experience.
This course is perfect for those looking to attain the highest level of Learning and Development CIPD qualification and in turn, CIPD Chartered or Fellow Membership.
If English is your second language, we recommend that you have achieved one of the following (or an equivalent):
1. IELTS: 5.5 overall score with a minimum of 5.5 in each category
2. TOEFL: 71 overall score with a minimum of 17 in each category
3. Cambridge: Grade C or above
However, this is not mandatory and we are happy to review your case on an individual basis.
You will complete written assignments for each individual module studied, as we have found this is the best way to correctly demonstrate the skills and knowledge gained throughout your studies.
All assignments will be submitted online and they will be marked by our assessors, as well as moderated by CIPD to ensure the highest level of standard is maintained.
